Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or
the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) excluding Rhode Island and Minnesota. Employees of
Sponsor, Administrator and/or any affiliated entities, and their immediate family members are prohibited from entering.
Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Administrator: This sweepstakes is administered by Games of Chance Sweepstakes LLC, 1546 West 975 South
Layton, UT 84041 United States (“Administrator”).
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in this sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), entrants agree to abide by the
terms and conditions thereof as established by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to qualify all submissions and to reject
any submissions that do not meet the requirements for participation as established by Sponsor.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 04/04/2026 at 12:00am and ends on 05/16/2026 at 11:59pm PT
(“Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void. Sponsor’s computer is the official
time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: There are three ways to enter: 1 – During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals will receive entries by
purchasing eligible products on kingsupply.shop. Transactions with declined credit or debit cards, as well as returned
purchases, are not eligible for entry. 2 - You may provide your e-mail address and double opt-in to the King Supply Co.
newsletter. E-mail addresses that did not double opt-in do not qualify. 3 – You may also enter without making a purchase by
following the daily online entry process at the kingsupply.shop website as described below. All entries must be received by
[05/16/2026] at [11:59pm]. The odds of winning depend on the total number of total eligible entries received. Entries
are maxed out or limited to one hundred thousand (100,000 entries) per person. Anyone found to use multiple accounts
to enter in violation of the entry limits will be ineligible. Incomplete or illegible Entries are invalid and not eligible to win. Use
of computer programs and/or other automated devices to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited. Normal internet access and
device usage charges imposed by your ISP may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware,
software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer transactions or network connections that are
human or technical in nature, or for damaged, lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries; technical, hardware, software,
electronic or postal system failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; fraudulent, incomplete, garbled or
delayed computer transmissions whether caused by Sponsor, the users, or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of
submissions or downloading, that may limit, delay or prevent an entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prizes from Entries received
up to the time of termination or suspension should causes beyond Sponsor’s control, including unauthorized human
intervention, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, compromise or materially affect the administration, fairness,
security or proper play of the Sweepstakes or proper submission of entries. Sponsor is not liable for any loss, injury or
damage caused, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from downloading data or otherwise participating in this

submit their information details via the "Alternative Method of Entry" link. Total entries are calculated based on the frequency

Selection of Winners: On or about 05/22/2026 a total of 10 potential winners, (each, a “Winner”) will be selected at random
from all eligible Entries received. From this 10 there will be a final random drawing on 05/22/2026 that can be seen or
announced via website or socials. The odds of winning are not calculable in advance and depend on the number of eligible
Entries received.
Notification of Potential Prize Winners: The Winner will be notified via call, email, facetime. If any Winner does not
acknowledge acceptance of the Prize within ten (10) business days after being notified that he or she is a Winner, another
Winner may be chosen using the same procedure specified above.
Requirements of Winners: Sponsor may require all Winners to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and
publicity release, wherever lawful, as a precondition to award of any Prize. If any Winner fails to sign and return the
requested documents to Sponsor, that Winner may be disqualified, and the Prize will thereafter be awarded to an alternate
Winner from the remaining valid entries using the procedure specified above. Prize: The grand prize winner will receive a
2025 Ford… (the “Prize”). The estimated retail value of Prize is $90,000. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable,
and no substitutions will be made except as provided herein, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the winner would like to
exchange the prize for cash the cash value is ⅓ the value of the prize listing in this document. Sponsor reserves the right to
substitute a particular Prize for one of comparable or greater value. No individual may win more than one Prize. All Winners
are responsible for any and all applicable local, state, and/or federal taxes and fees. Each Winner must take possession of
the Prize by 07/16/2026 . The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local income taxes associated
with the Prize. The Winner will be provided with a IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the Prize in accordance with Internal
Revenue Service regulations. - - 2NON-MONETARY PRIZES ARE AWARDED AS IS AND WITHOUT CONDITION,

Additional Terms for Travel: All travel arrangements must be coordinated through the Sponsor and are subject to
availability. Winners bear responsibility for travel to and from the departure airport and for any personal expenses incurred.
All expenses that are not specifically provided for herein including, but not limited to, meals, beverages, gratuities,
incidentals, taxes and other transportation are the Winner’s sole responsibility. Winner and his or her travel companions
must have valid travel documents (e.g., government issued identification) prior to departure, and failure to do so may result
in forfeiture of all or some aspects of the Prize. Winner and his or her travel companions are solely responsible for satisfying
all legally required conditions of travel. Sponsor and Administrator are not liable for any expenses incurred as a
consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the Winner from traveling, in which
event any missed portion of the Prize may be forfeited in its entirety
Privacy: By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree that any personal information that they provide will be

***ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY
In all sweepstakes there are alternative methods of entry. You are able to come here daily and register below. In order to maximize
your entries for this giveaway you would want to return daily. Please note several things about our AMOE. There are no duplicates
allowed within a 24hr period. Any duplicates found in the AMOE within any specific 24 hour period will disqualify you from the
sweepstakes. All data here needs to be valid. If false addresses, phone numbers, emails, names, anything is given that is false then
you are disqualified. It is important to know that your entries from this AMOE are recorded in a completely different system by our
3rd party administrator Game of Chance Registrations. None of these entries will show in the Check Your Entries tab in the footer.
All of your AMOE entries are recorded and kept by GOCR and are used in the end to choose the finalists. IF ANY ABUSE OF THE
